Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is both an outreach and an in-reach, or in-service, program. It provides one-to-one spiritual support to individuals who are going through a difficult personal experience such as a serious illness, divorce, death in the family, job crisis, or some other trying circumstance.
Stephen Ministers provide distinctively Christian care with complete confidentiality. They listen, care, and share God’s love with the person who is suffering. Stephen Ministers are lay persons who have undergone an extensive period of training on how to offer this special care and support.
