Mayflower Congregational Church is a warm, vibrant, and growing congregation of about 900 church members with an average monthly worship attendance of 1400. The mission of our church is to fulfill Jesus Christ’s Great Commandment. “To love God, neighbor, and ourselves,” and Jesus Christ’s Great Commission, “To baptize and teach others how to become a disciple of Jesus.” 

 

The position of Associate Pastor for Congregational Life includes a focus on maintaining and helping us to grow the spiritual and fellowship life of our church. This would include giving leadership to and initiating Bible Studies, small groups, and fellowship opportunities for all ages.
